Elon Musk Fires Back at DOJ Lawsuit, Exposes Weaponization of Government Agencies
After the Department of Justice announced a lawsuit against SpaceX for allegedly preferring to hire Americans and legal citizens over “refugees” and “asylum seekers,” Elon Musk, the company’s owner, didn’t hold back.
On Friday, Musk responded to a tweet, expressing his true feelings about the DOJ’s lawsuit.

They hope to scare others not speak out like @elonmusk. The DOJ sued Palantir for nonsense after our co-founder Peter Thiel spoke at the 2016 Republican convention, too.

Indeed, this isn’t the first time the DOJ has targeted individuals who speak out against their agenda. Shortly after Peter Thiel, co-founder of Palantir, spoke at the 2016 Republican National Convention, the Department of Labor sued his company for alleged “racial discrimination.”
Musk didn’t hold back in his response to Joe Lonsdale, stating, “The weaponization of government agencies needs to stop. This fundamentally undermines public faith in the justice system.”

Furthermore, President Joe Biden has made it clear that he has his sights set on Musk. After Musk purchased a social media platform last November, Biden ominously remarked that his business transactions were “worth being looked at.”

The Left now considers Musk a political enemy because he supports the First Amendment. However, appealing to their alleged good nature won’t stop the abuse. The Democrats have shown themselves to be bullies, manipulating the legal system to silence their opponents.
So, what will stop the Left? It’s clear that they will only respond to equal or greater legal force. The American people, Musk, and even former President Donald J. Trump must rely on the GOP to deliver the legal pushback needed to restore confidence in the system. Unfortunately, such a response has been lacking thus far.
