Soros, through his Open Society Foundations, is pushing a “censorship agenda in Ireland and Scotland,” which includes invasive police searches, according to Irish journalist Ben Scallan.
Under the guise of combating ”hate speech,” Irish politicians are attempting to criminalize the possession of “hateful material,” with Soros’ NGOs reportedly supporting these efforts.
Now, Musk is entering the fray as he shares an article by author and journalist Michael Shellenberger, who argues that the claims of rising “hate incidents” are unfounded and are being used to justify a crackdown on free speech.
Musk concurs with Shellenberger’s assessment and announces that legal action will be taken to stop this censorship. He eagerly awaits the discovery process.

Last June, Irish Justice Minister Helen McEntee claimed that hate crimes had increased by 29% in 2022. However, Scallan points out that this increase is in reported offenses, not actual incidents.
Scallan also highlights the broad definition of “hate speech,” which allows anyone to report a harmless joke as a “hate incident” to the police.
Under the proposed law, individuals suspected of possessing “hateful material” would be compelled to surrender their device passwords or face legal consequences.
Furthermore, the burden of proof would be reversed, with the accused having to prove their innocence if accused of planning to distribute alleged “hate” material.
This law mirrors the tactics employed by authoritarian regimes and aligns with Soros’ funding interests.
