Former Acting CBP Commissioner Mark Morgan said Biden’s immigration overhaul “defies law and order.” In an interview Friday, Morgan blasted new rules issued to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

ICE agents must now focus on arresting illegal immigrants in three categories, including those who pose a national security threat or those who have crossed the border since November 1. Agents must also get pre-approval to take action against anyone who doesn’t fit the narrow standards.

“If you add that up year after year after year, there could be millions of individuals that got past us,” Morgan stated. “How are you going to prove when they were here?”
