According to a report by WXYZ, transnational gangs operating throughout the United States have been specifically targeting high-end homes, jewelry stores, and cars, employing sophisticated methods to carry out their crimes.
Highly Functional and Well-Trained Gang Members
A crew consisting of approximately four to six highly functional and well-trained gang members has been responsible for around 40 home burglaries in the area over the past few months.
The report states that these criminals utilize a jammer to bypass wireless security systems that rely on WiFi for operation. Dressed in black attire with backpacks and gloves, the gangs aim to swiftly enter and exit the targeted homes without confrontation.
The report further reveals that the majority of these gangs originate from Latin America. Sheriff Bouchard emphasizes the importance of not relying on WiFi-based security systems.
