Former U.S. Snowboarders and Olympians Sue Coach, Federation and Olympic Committee for Sex Trafficking

Three former U.S. members are suing their former coach. Three former members of U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team are suing their former coach. The national federation, its CEO and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee Multiple reports allege that sex trafficking, harassment, as well as enabling and covering multiple acts of sexual assault or misconduct, are all factors.

Lindsey Nikola, a former employee of the Federation, stated in a separate lawsuit Thursday: Foley “sexually harassed and sexually assaulted” she forced her to take nude pictures in hotel rooms at two World Cup ski races.
