Fox News removes all traces of Tucker in a heartless move.
Fox News Fires Remaining Staffers Affiliated with “Tucker Carlson Tonight”
Reports have emerged that Fox News has fired all remaining staffers associated with the show “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” three months after the host was abruptly cut from the network. The news was first broken by former frequent Fox News guest, Chadwick Moore, on Twitter. According to Moore, sources have confirmed that the termination has taken place, with the nine remaining employees expected to continue working until mid-July.

The Daily Caller, which was co-founded by Tucker Carlson, later confirmed the terminations and even received a comment from a former network employee. One former Fox News producer, who spoke off-the-record, described the decision as “shockingly callous,” noting that some of the fired producers had been with the network for over a decade. The reasons behind the reported terminations remain unknown.
Interestingly, this news comes just a week after another producer, who previously worked for Carlson, was said to be responsible for a network chyron that referred to President Joe Biden as a “wannabe dictator.” The graphic appeared on the screen while Biden was speaking, stating, “WANNABE DICTATOR SPEAKS AT THE WHITE HOUSE AFTER HAVING HIS POLITICAL RIVAL ARRESTED.” Carlson addressed this incident on Twitter, making it the focal point of a broadcast.

The person responsible for the chyron was swiftly let go, and Fox News issued a statement addressing the incident. They stated that the chyron was taken down immediately and the matter was addressed.

On the same day as these reported terminations, Fox News announced that Jesse Watters would permanently take over Tucker Carlson’s old 8 p.m. ET slot. Laura Ingraham’s show will move to 7 p.m. ET, while Sean Hannity will remain in the 8 p.m. ET slot. Additionally, Greg Gutfeld’s late-night show will move from 11 p.m. to 10 p.m.
It seems that Fox News is making significant changes to its lineup, removing any last reminders of Tucker Carlson in what some are calling a “shockingly callous” move.
