Free Lance Reporters Paid by CNN, NYT Raise Ethical Questions After Coverage of Hamas Attack
Are Major Publications Collaborating with Hamas Terrorists?
Could it be true that renowned news outlets like CNN, the Associated Press, Reuters, and The New York Times have published photographs taken by individuals working with Hamas terrorists? If so, this revelation would not only destroy the credibility of these so-called legacy media organizations but also raise serious concerns about journalistic ethics.
According to a report by Honest Reporting, during the horrific Hamas attacks on Israelis, several Gaza-based photojournalists were observed taking pictures of Hamas militants without proper protective gear. This suggests that they were aware of the attacks and had coordinated with the terrorists. Shockingly, these photographs were quickly published by news agencies like the AP and Reuters.

Honest Reporting identified several Gaza-based freelance photojournalists, including Hassan Eslaiah, Yousef Masoud, Ali Mahmud, Hatem Ali, Mohammed Fayq Abu Mostafa, and Yasser Qudih, who were present during the attacks.
Eslaiah, who works for CNN, even boasted in Arabic on social media about “live” reporting from inside the Gaza Strip settlements.
Honest Reporting also shared a photograph of Eslaiah with one of the Hamas leaders involved in the attack, raising further questions about his involvement.
And here is footage of Eslaiah after he crossed into Israel and took photos of a burning Israeli tank. He then captured infiltrators entering Kibbutz Kfar Azza.

Another photographer, Masoud, who contributes to The New York Times, crossed into Israeli territory to capture images of damaged military vehicles.
Freelancers for the AP, Mahmud and Ali, were also present during the early hours of the attack, documenting the graphic abduction of Israelis into Gaza. Mahmud even captured the horrific images of Shani Louk being loaded onto a pickup truck. Louk was later declared dead.

Reuters, in a shocking move, published extremely disturbing photos of a lynch mob taken by Abu Mostafa.
Despite the horrifying nature of these images, one of them was even highlighted as the “Image of the Day” on their website.
Interestingly, the names of some photographers have been removed from controversial photos in the AP database, raising suspicions about why the AP is trying to hide their identities.
Really crazy story:
A complete investigation that proves how photographers working for the New York Times, CNN, AP and Reuters moved with the Nohva forces from the first moments of the attack, documenting, among other things, a kidnapping, lynching of the body of an IDF soldier,… pic.twitter.com/3XU3qyzHpS

While the job of photojournalists in war zones is undoubtedly challenging, they still bear a moral and ethical responsibility.
Honest Reporting raises another crucial question: Did these journalists have prior knowledge of the attacks, considering the planning may have taken months or even years? How else can we explain their uncanny presence at the right time and place to capture these shocking images?
Even if the news outlets were unaware of the attacks beforehand, it is concerning that so many freelancers happened to be present early on a Saturday morning to document the events. Was it ethical for these media organizations to purchase and use photographs potentially linked to terrorism?
If these allegations are true, it would confirm suspicions that true journalism is dead, and some mainstream media members have become complicit in propaganda efforts rather than trusted documentarians of events.

Why were certain photographers’ names removed from controversial photos in the AP database, and does this raise suspicions of a potential cover-up
S taken by individuals with potential links to terrorists? This raises serious concerns about the integrity and objectivity of their reporting.
Journalism is founded on the principles of truth, accuracy, and impartiality. It is essential for media organizations to ensure that their journalists uphold these principles and maintain ethical standards. By collaborating with individuals who may have affiliations with terrorist organizations, major publications like CNN, the Associated Press, Reuters, and The New York Times compromise their credibility and betray the trust of their readers.
The fact that these photographs were quickly published without proper verification or investigation is deeply troubling. It calls into question the editorial processes and judgment of these news outlets. Did they conduct due diligence in vetting the credibility and integrity of their sources? Did they verify the authenticity of the photographs and the context in which they were taken? These are important questions that demand answers.
Furthermore, the removal of certain photographers’ names from controversial photos in the AP database raises suspicions about a potential cover-up. If these photographers were indeed involved with Hamas terrorists, it is imperative for the truth to come to light. Transparency and accountability are essential for maintaining the integrity of the media industry.
In light of these revelations, it is crucial for major publications to conduct a thorough investigation into these allegations. They must reassess their editorial policies, strengthen their verification processes, and ensure the credibility of their sources. Journalists should be held to the highest ethical standards and should not associate with individuals who pose a threat to the safety and security of innocent civilians.
The role of the media is to inform the public and provide unbiased and accurate reporting. In collaborating with individuals associated with Hamas terrorists, major publications not only undermine their own credibility but also jeopardize the safety and wellbeing of the people they serve. It is imperative that they take immediate and decisive action to rectify this situation and restore public trust in their journalistic integrity.
Ultimately, the truth must prevail, and justice must be served. The implications of collaborating with terrorists are far-reaching and should not be taken lightly. Major publications have a responsibility to uphold the highest standards of journalism, and any compromise in this regard erodes the very foundation of a free and democratic society. The allegations of collaboration with Hamas terrorists demand swift and thorough investigation, and appropriate measures must be taken to ensure that such unethical practices never occur again in the field of journalism.
