The future of work is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We’re allowing our values and behaviors to guide us through a new approach to how and where we work, called “Work Appropriately.” https://t.co/0PYaVslaiu

“As we do get closer to returning to normalcy, what should a workplace look like?” asked Stuart Fowle, Brand Communications Manager for General Motors. And what have we learned that is good from the past year and what have we learned that is an opportunity to change things.”
This plan comes as many businesses contemplate how the future will look as the world returns to normalcy. For example, Ford recently announced a hybrid work schedule, which will give non-manufacturing employees more flexibility over when they come into the office.
