House Democrats are taking heat for using Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-Ga.) past remarks on conspiracies as the basis for her removal from two committees.
Rep. Drew Ferguson (R-Ga.) asserted Democrats weaponized their majority in the House to silence opposition and are introducing a dangerous new standard.
Congressman Bob Good (R-Va.) pointed out this all comes at the expense of Americans who appear to have been forgotten by Democrats.
We travel down a dangerous road today when the majority party is threatening to make committee assignment decisions for the minority.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) added that while Democrats appear all too happy to point fingers at Taylor Greene, they have failed to meet the standards they set.
“Who is going to be tomorrow? I’ve heard several times on the floor today from the Democrats,” he stated. Conspiracy theory? The Democrats peddled the biggest conspiracy theory of all time; the Russia hoax.”
Regardless, Taylor Greene will be removed from the House Education, Labor and Budget Committees.
Today, I rose in objection to the unprecedented attempt by the Democrat majority to remove me from my committee seats.
I’ve never been more proud to represent the people of NW Georgia.
