Find out where the money of federal prosecutors who reportedly refused to charge Hunter Biden went.
Two Federal Prosecutors with Political Connections Allegedly Spiked Charges Against Hunter Biden
According to congressional testimony by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, two federal prosecutors involved in Hunter Biden’s criminal case have political connections to his family and party. U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Matthew Graves and U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Martin Estrada both prevented charges from being brought against Hunter Biden in different jurisdictions.
But their advocacy for the Biden family goes beyond legal affairs. Graves donated $1,500 to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, while Estrada donated $500 to Kamala Harris’ Senate campaign years before she became the vice president.
Despite evidence suggesting felony charges should have been pursued, both prosecutors declined to press charges against Hunter Biden, a decision that goes against standard Justice Department protocol in tax investigations.

Shapley also revealed text messages from Hunter Biden in which he used his father’s reputation to coerce a Chinese national for a business deal. These messages were uncovered by federal criminal investigators.
The text, which was uncovered by federal criminal investigators (not congressional staff), is included verbatim in the transcript that neither you nor your friends on Hunter Biden’s legal team seem capable of reading. https://t.co/RAVBKwubQg pic.twitter.com/6GYfYa2C7i

After the case against Hunter Biden was dropped in D.C., Weiss attempted to bring charges in California, but Estrada prevented that as well. Estrada has also served as a board member for several leftist legal organizations.
It’s worth noting that both Graves and Estrada were appointed by President Joe Biden, while Weiss, who was impeded by senior Justice Department officials during his investigation, was a Trump appointee.
Despite the leniency shown by the prosecutors, Hunter Biden is expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax offenses and receive probation as his sentence.
Is there a two-tiered justice system in America?
Despite the questionable actions of the prosecutors, it seems that Hunter Biden will face minimal consequences for his actions.
