Haley Scolds Writer for Hard-Hitting Coverage of Her Apparel Color,” Mature Up”
After Newsweek contacted her for comment regarding the color of the dress she wore to her daughter’s’s wedding, Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley yelled at the publication.
People don’t respect the internet because of this. Liberal” editors” spend their time bugging conservatives about their clothing options, Haley retorted on Friday. ” Newsweek, develop up!”
This is the reason why individuals distrust the internet. Democratic” journalists”” spend their time bugging conservatives about clothing choices.” Develop yourself, @ Newsweek.

A screenshot of an email from Newsweek reporter Gerrard Kaonga asking for comments regarding the” slight backlash” over the dress Haley wore to her daughter Rena’s’s wedding this month was included in Haly ‘ tweet.
“Some have argued Haley should not have worn her dress as it is too close to the bride’s white,” Kaonga wrote. “Does Nikki Haley have any comment regarding this?”
It’s’s the most recent instance of what Haley, a former UN ambassador, has criticized as biased coverage of her campaign. CNN host Don Lemon was put on leave in February after he made remarks that were greatly criticized as misogynistic, such as” Haley isn’t in her primary” because she’s’s in the 50s.
In his investigation, Kaonga looked into the pre-wedding conversations Haley and her sister had. Before the service, did she and her sister analyze and choose the attire they had wear? ” He enquired.
Haley responded to the question,” P. S. The dress was gold ,” at the end of her post.
Newsweek on Friday published the article covering Haley’s dress, largely a compilation of tweets from users criticizing Haley’s dress color. “The picture ignited the age-old wedding debate about guests wearing white,” Kaonga wrote in the article.
