It has now been more than three weeks since Kamala Harris was tapped to address the migration crisis at the southern border, and she still has not held a formal press conference.
Reports on Thursday said not only has she not spoken with reporters, she still hasn’t spoken with the leaders of the Northern Triangle countries she claimed to be focusing on.
She also recently said she has no plans to visit the southern border. However, Harris did say she’ll be traveling to Mexico and Guatemala “as soon as possible.”
It has been 3 weeks since President Biden appointed VP Harris to oversee the border. Since then, the crisis has only continued to spiral out of control.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) this week pointed out the three weeks Harris has had, saying the crisis has only continued to spiral out of control.
