Billionaire Harvard alum Bill Ackman stated that a senior faculty member found Rufo’s allegations of plagiarism against Gay to be credible.

The National Association of Scholars has joined the calls for Gay’s removal as president, citing her “shoddy professional work,” “record of plagiarism,” and “promotion of racist policies.”

Furthermore, additional reports have surfaced, alleging further instances of plagiarism by Gay.

Since the October 7 Hamas terror attacks against Israel, Gay has faced criticism for her response to Harvard students’ pro-Hamas protests, which included calls for the genocide of Jews in Israel.
During the Congressional hearing, Gay was questioned about whether advocating for genocide violated Harvard’s codes of conduct. She responded that it depends on the context and stated that such speech is ”at odds with the values of Harvard” and violates their policies when it crosses into conduct.
