Hillary Clinton Goes Off the Rails on ‘The View,’ Compares Trump to Hitler
Hillary Clinton’s Outlandish Comparison: Trump to Hitler
During a captivating appearance on “The View,” Hillary Clinton seemed to have trouble reading her notes, leading to a major blunder. She mistakenly used a description of President Joe Biden to characterize former President Donald Trump.
Clinton boldly compared Trump to Adolf Hitler, citing his “dictatorial, authoritarian tendencies.” However, what’s ironic is that the actions she found concerning under Trump have already taken place during the Biden administration.
She stated, “Somebody with those tendencies… dictatorial, authoritarian… would be like ‘Oh okay, we’re going to shut this down, we’re going to throw these people in jail…'” Clinton continued, “And, they didn’t usually telegraph that.”
She urged people to take Trump’s words seriously, claiming that he intends to imprison those who disagree with him, suppress legitimate press outlets, and undermine the rule of law and American values.

However, the irony lies in the fact that every action mentioned by Clinton has already been carried out by a “dictatorial, authoritarian” president. But it wasn’t Trump.
It wasn’t Trump who imprisoned over 1,000 individuals for expressing their disagreement with election results, according to Axios.
The Trump administration didn’t even convict a man for posting memes about a political candidate.
It wasn’t the Trump campaign that colluded with X and other social media platforms to censor stories, such as those surrounding Hunter Biden’s laptop, labeling them as “disinformation,” and silencing opponents of the current president on X for exercising their free speech.
It wasn’t the Trump administration or right-wing policies that destroyed the values of this country, allowing drugs and sex trafficking to flood through the southern border, leading to rampant crime, drug addiction, and homelessness in left-run cities.
“He would use the military to stop protestors,” added “The View” co-host Joy Behar, further comparing Trump to Hitler.
Behar seems to have forgotten about the 25,000 National Guard troops who were forced to sleep in parking garages to “protect” the capital from the “dangerous” Trump protesters, as reported by the Associated Press.
Or perhaps, she accidentally read from the list of Biden’s actions.

How did the locking of The New York Post’s Twitter account for weeks impact freedom of press during the 2020 election?
Hat led to the suppression of legitimate press outlets like The New York Post, which had its Twitter account locked for weeks before the 2020 election for sharing an article about Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine. The article was deemed “unverified” and “potentially harmful,” even though evidence later emerged to support its claims.
And it wasn’t President Trump who referred to a free and fair election as ”illegitimate” and “stolen,” undermining the rule of law and American values in the process.
So, if Clinton was truly concerned about dictatorial and authoritarian tendencies, perhaps she should have focused her criticisms on the actions of the Biden administration rather than making baseless comparisons to Hitler and Trump.
By equating Trump to Hitler, Clinton not only diminishes the atrocities committed by the Nazi regime but also cheapens the seriousness of such comparisons. Hitler was responsible for the systematic murder of millions of people and the devastation of Europe during World War II. To compare Trump, a democratically elected president who peacefully transitioned power, to such a figure is a gross misrepresentation and an insult to the victims of the Holocaust.
Furthermore, it’s not just Clinton who has made these outlandish comparisons. The comparisons between Trump and Hitler have become a common refrain among his critics, despite lacking any substantive evidence to support such claims. It seems that whenever someone disagrees with Trump’s policies or dislikes his rhetoric, they resort to invoking Hitler as a way to delegitimize his presidency.
This type of rhetoric only serves to further divide the American people and hinder productive political discourse. It’s important to have robust debate and disagreement in a democratic society, but comparing political opponents to Hitler only serves to dehumanize and demonize them.
It’s time for politicians, especially those of Clinton’s stature, to engage in mature and respectful dialogue rather than resorting to sensationalism. Comparisons to Hitler should be reserved for those individuals and regimes who truly deserve such condemnation, not used as a ploy to score cheap political points.
In conclusion, Hillary Clinton’s comparison of Trump to Hitler is an outlandish and baseless statement. It ignores the actions of the Biden administration, misrepresents the atrocities of the Holocaust, and detracts from meaningful political discourse. It’s time for politicians to rise above such rhetoric and focus on the substance of their arguments rather than resorting to inflammatory and divisive comparisons.
