Title: A Second Murder Accusation and ⁣Deportations: The‌ Case of Kevin Castro-Garcia

Introduction:

In a shocking turn of events, Kevin Castro-Garcia finds himself at the center of another murder accusation. Detectives in Tennessee have accused him for the ‌second time in a week, adding to his already notorious criminal record. This article delves into the details ‍of both cases, ‍shedding light ‌on ⁢a ⁢dark story of violence and tragedy. Furthermore, it explores Castro-Garcia’s immigration history, as he has been deported from the United States on two separate occasions.

The Latest Accusation:

According to Metro Police, 31-year-old Kevin ⁢Castro-Garcia has been accused of the murder ‍of a 26-year-old Nashville man. The victim’s mother had reported him missing earlier this month, prompting an investigation. Brandon Rivas-Noriega, the victim, was known to drive a vehicle ⁣owned by his mother, a 2015 Ford Focus. However, the car had last been seen on October 3rd, raising suspicions surrounding Rivas-Noriega’s disappearance.

The Search for the Victim:

During the search for Rivas-Noriega, detectives discovered that he frequently visited a home on Fanning Drive in Antioch. This valuable information led investigators to scavenge the residence, where they found‍ significant evidence. Among the items uncovered were Rivas-Noriega’s driver’s license, the owner’s handbook for‌ the Ford Focus, and papers related to a property in Antioch. Additionally, authorities found the Ford Focus parked behind ‌a broken-down trailer.

A‌ Gruesome Discovery:

Tragedy struck when detectives, searching the car’s trunk, uncovered decomposing ⁢human remains hidden ⁣beneath supplies and blankets. Increasing Charges:

As the investigation progressed, the accusations against Castro-Garcia grew.
