House Republicans reveal shockingly low deportation numbers under Biden.
Report Reveals Shocking Data on Biden’s Immigration Policies
A recent report from Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee has uncovered alarming information about the handling of illegal immigrants under President Joe Biden. According to the report, over 99% of illegal immigrants released into the U.S. between January 2021 and March 2023 have remained in the country.
The report, released by the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement, highlights the lack of deportations under the Biden administration. It also reveals that very few of the released individuals were properly screened for persecution claims.
The total number of illegal immigrants released during this period was a staggering 2,148,738, with more than 204,000 released through “illegal categorical parole programs.”

The report, titled “The Biden Border Crisis: New Data and Testimony Show How the Biden Administration Opened the Southwest Border and Abandoned Interior Immigration Enforcement,” was released by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA).
According to the report, only 5,993 illegal aliens encountered at the southwest border were removed from the United States between January 20, 2021, and March 31, 2023. This accounts for a mere 0.3% of the at least 2.1 million aliens released into the country during that time. The report criticizes the Biden Administration for its failure to enforce immigration court removal proceedings.
The Republicans argue that the statistics provided by the Department of Homeland Security indicate a lack of enforcement of immigration laws.
Furthermore, the report reveals that many individuals labeled as asylum seekers by DHS head Alejandro Mayorkas were not properly screened for persecution. Lawmakers claim that only six percent of illegal immigrants were screened for persecution for asylum.

The report highlights the issue of the low credible fear standard, which incentivizes mass illegal immigration into the United States. The Biden Administration itself has acknowledged this loophole, as it allows economic migrants to enter the country under the guise of asylum seekers fleeing persecution.
It’s important to note that these numbers do not include the recent surges at the border, such as the influx that occurred after the expiration of Title 42 in May.
How does the Biden administration’s lax approach to immigration contribute to the ongoing crisis at the border, and what can be done to address this unsustainable situation
E Biden Administration have remained in the country.
The report brings attention to the concerning fact that only a small percentage of these individuals were screened for potential persecution claims, indicating a lack of due process and proper evaluation for their cases. This lack of screening poses a threat to national security and the safety of American citizens.
One of the key findings in the report is the high number of individuals released through “illegal categorical parole programs”. This reveals a concerning trend of leniency in the handling of illegal immigrants, which undermines the rule of law and sends a message that crossing the border illegally will not have significant consequences.
The report further emphasizes that the Biden administration’s lax approach to immigration contributes to the ongoing crisis at the border. The overwhelming number of illegal immigrants being released and allowed to remain in the country without proper vetting only encourages more individuals to attempt illegal entry, leading to an unsustainable situation at the border.
The data presented in the report raises serious questions about the effectiveness of President Biden’s immigration policies. While the administration claims to prioritize border security and the enforcement of immigration laws, the report paints a different reality. The lack of deportations and the high rate of individuals remaining in the country suggest a significant gap between rhetoric and action.
Furthermore, the report calls attention to the strain placed on border communities as a result of the administration’s policies. The increase in illegal immigration not only burdens these communities but also diverts resources and attention away from other pressing issues. This leaves residents vulnerable and overwhelmed, as their concerns and needs go unaddressed.
The report concludes by urging the Biden administration to take immediate and effective action to address the immigration crisis. This includes implementing stronger border security measures, enforcing immigration laws, and ensuring that individuals are properly screened before release into the country.
The findings of this report serve as a wake-up call to the Biden administration and Congress to reassess and reform their immigration policies. The safety and well-being of American citizens should always be the top priority, and the handling of illegal immigrants should be done with careful consideration and transparency. It is imperative that action is taken now to rectify the current situation and prevent further damage to national security and the integrity of the immigration system.
