Hunter Biden Took $250k Home Equity Line of Credit Out on Vacation Home in December
FIRST ON FOX President Biden As his son Hunter Biden faces an investigation into his tax affairs as well as amid his own scandalized classified documents, a $250,000 credit was secured against his Rehoboth Beach home.
According to Sussex County filings the six-figure home Equity variable rate credit was acquired by Biden from M&T Bank on December 5, 2022. According to county records the initial purchase of the residence was by Biden and his wife Jill Biden in 2017, for $2.74million.
It is unclear how Biden obtained the line of credit that allows him to borrow up a quarter of one million dollars against his home’s equity. Fox News Digital inquired the White House about the matter.

The financial move occurred as Hunter Biden is currently under investigation by the federal government. At the same time, President Biden’s classified documents dating back to his time as vice president were being discovered.
Hunter Biden has been under federal investigation since 2018 for his tax affairs – an investigation that was predicated, in part, by suspicious activity reports (SARs) regarding some foreign transactions. Sources familiar with the investigation say that those SARs were based on funds from. “China and other foreign nations.”

John Lausch was then appointed by the U.S. Attorney, Chicago, to determine whether special counsel is required.
Since then, the number of classified documents discovered has increased. Biden’s lawyers told Lausch on December 20 that more classified documents were found in Lausch’s Wilmington garage. A few weeks later, Garland named Robert Hur, U.S. attorney, as special counsel to investigate Biden’s documents.
FBI also Recently searched Biden lived in Rehoboth Beach, his vacation home. He took out the credit line. However agents couldn’t find classified documents.

Bis now, Biden has turned over between 25-30 documents with classified markings to the National Archives.
