Hunter Biden’s attorney requests Trump to stop making derogatory posts about him.

Hunter Biden’s Lawyer Demands Trump to Stop Attacking Client

Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, has issued a cease-and-desist letter to former president Donald Trump, urging him to refrain from attacking his client on social media. Lowell argues that Trump’s posts not only harm Hunter Biden but also put his family in danger. He points out that Trump himself is facing numerous legal problems and should avoid creating further liability.

Lowell cites the Capitol riots on January 6, 2021, as evidence that Trump’s words have incited violence. He warns that another incident could occur with just one more inflammatory social media message.

Recently, Trump insinuated that the cocaine found in the White House could belong to Hunter Biden. The Secret Service failed to identify a suspect in the case. Trump called for the findings to be released, questioning whether “Crooked Joe” and his son, Hunter, were involved. He expressed concern about having someone with a drug addiction in charge of the country’s nuclear arsenal.

In June, Hunter Biden agreed to plead guilty to misdemeanor tax crimes, which will likely keep him out of prison. This plea deal concludes a five-year investigation by the Justice Department into Biden’s taxes. However, an IRS whistleblower has alleged that the Justice Department shielded Biden and his father from scrutiny, undermining the integrity of the tax investigation.

Biden has faced significant criticism for his involvement in his family’s foreign business dealings. Last month, text messages surfaced showing Hunter Biden using his father’s name to threaten a Chinese businessman. He warned that failure to comply with his demands would result in severe consequences.

President Joe Biden has denied any knowledge of these texts and vehemently denied being with his son when the threat was sent. However, photos found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop suggest otherwise, placing him at his father’s house on the day the messages were sent.
