Hunter Biden’s attorney issues cease-and-desist letter regarding Trump’s rhetoric.

A Lawyer for Hunter Biden Demands Trump to Cease Dangerous Rhetoric

A lawyer representing Hunter Biden has sent a cease-and-desist letter to former President Donald Trump, urging him to refrain from making comments that could potentially endanger the First Family.

“This is not a false alarm,” warned Abbe Lowell, Biden’s lawyer, emphasizing the real threat posed by Trump’s defamatory statements. Lowell cited instances of violence and threats against high-profile politicians and their families, including the attack on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband and the arrest of an armed man near former President Barack Obama’s home.

Lowell stressed the urgency of the situation, stating, “We are just one such social media message away from another incident.” He called on Trump to acknowledge the harm his words have caused in the past and to cease his dangerous rhetoric immediately.

Protecting Hunter Biden

At the time the letter was sent, Hunter Biden was spotted in Malibu, according to The Daily Mail. The letter seeks to restrain Trump’s verbal attacks, especially as he runs for another term in the White House and faces multiple investigations.

While Biden has faced scrutiny over a federal investigation and allegations of tax and gun violations, Lowell emphasized that these charges have not been proven. He also addressed the speculation surrounding a small bag of cocaine found in the White House, clarifying that the Secret Service concluded its investigation without identifying a suspect.

Trump’s Dangerous Rhetoric

Lowell highlighted instances in which Trump has used “dangerous rhetoric” against Hunter Biden, particularly on social media. Trump has made allegations of illegal business dealings, suggested mishandling of classified documents, and insinuated drug use by both the president and his son.

In his letter, Lowell reminded Trump’s lawyers that these accusations are baseless and urged them to privately counsel Trump on the potential legal consequences of his incitement.

Lowell concluded the letter by stating that a response was not necessary, but he hoped Trump’s lawyers would convey the seriousness of the situation to their client and discourage further harm to individuals and potential legal trouble for Trump himself.
