Idaho Murders suspect believes he will be exonerated during court proceedings: Report
The Idaho According to a new report, a murder suspect will likely waive his right to an extradition hearing before a judge.
It has been more then a month ago that Kaylee Goncalves (21), Ethan Chapin (20), Xana Krudle (20) and Madison Mogen (21) were murdered at their home on Nov 13.
The suspect was taken into custody by SWAT teams. The Daily Wire does not name the suspect because they are trying to protect mass murderers from the attention they seek. The incident occurred on Friday approximately 2,400 miles from the Pocono Mountains, Monroe County, Pennsylvania crime scene.
The attorney for the suspect told TMZ reports that his client believes he will be exonerated. This means that he will likely enter a plea of not guilty when he appears before a judge.
According to the report, both the suspect and his parents were shocked at his arrest. According to his attorney, the suspect stated that he wasn’t on the run. He also said that he and his dad drove the white Hyundai officials wanted from Washington to Pennsylvania just a few weeks ago. This was a plan they had been working towards for a while.
Heavy.com reported that the suspect, who was pursuing a Ph.D. in criminology at Washington State University’s Pullman campus, had conducted a survey seeking to “understand how emotions and psychological traits influence decision-making when committing a crime,” The suspect wrote.
The suspect demanded that criminals share the proceeds “thoughts and feelings” They were present throughout the whole experience of the crime.
The survey asked criminals whether they had prepared for their crimes before they did, how far they traveled in order to commit them, and what steps were taken to find their victim.
It was also mentioned that the suspect had once worked in “part-time security for the Pleasant Valley School District in Pennsylvania.”
“These murders have shaken our community, and no arrest will ever bring back these young students,” James Fry, chief of the Moscow Police, spoke at a Friday press conference. “However, we do believe justice will be found through the criminal process.”
