Illegal alien allegedly crashes into school bus, resulting in child’s death. Biden’s ‘Catch and Release’ policy questioned.
President Biden’s “Catch and Release” Policy Under Scrutiny After Tragic School Bus Crash
Last week, a devastating incident occurred when an illegal alien crashed his minivan into a school bus, resulting in the death of an 11-year-old Ohio boy and leaving dozens injured. This tragic event has once again brought President Joe Biden’s “catch and release” policy into the spotlight.
According to Breitbart, the suspect, Haitian national Hermanio Joseph, appeared in court in Clark County, Ohio, facing aggravated vehicular homicide charges. The incident occurred on the boy’s first day of school, causing him to be ejected from the bus and tragically lose his life. The crash also resulted in numerous injuries as the bus flipped due to the collision.
The suspect reportedly entered the country illegally in 2022 and was released into the U.S. under Biden’s immigration policies, commonly known as “catch and release.” This policy allows individuals to be released with a notice to appear for an immigration hearing. However, due to a significant backlog in court cases, many of these individuals are free to move about the country without proper tracking.
Recent data reveals that at least two million illegal aliens have been allowed into the country under this policy. This number does not even include the hundreds of thousands who cross the border undetected each year under Biden’s administration.
John Fabbricatore, a member of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement advisory board, expressed concern over the Biden administration’s prioritization of mass migration over public safety. He questioned when the administration would put public safety first.
Consequences of Biden’s Immigration Policies
Some illegal aliens are not even given court dates, while others have to wait up to ten years for a hearing. Critics argue that these policies incentivize cartels and human smugglers, who profit from guaranteeing entry into the U.S. for those willing to pay.
As a result of these lax policies, Americans of all ages suffer the consequences as millions from around the globe enter the country.

If convicted, Joseph could face six to twelve months in jail and/or a $5,000 fine, according to WHIOTV7. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed a detainer on the individual.
Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) expressed his condolences for the victim and his family, emphasizing that no family should have to endure such a tragedy.
Please pray for the little boy who was killed in a bus crash in Clark County earlier this week. May God bless him and his family. As we all get ready for a new school year, no family should have to go through this. https://t.co/hW0PiB6hDR.

Unfortunately, as long as the border remains open and Biden’s policies continue, more “Angel Families” will be created due to avoidable killings caused by illegal aliens.
