Prosecutors say an undocumented immigrant who entered the U.S. during Biden’s presidency confessed to raping a young girl
An illegal immigrant, Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, 25, was charged with multiple serious offenses including predatory sexual assault and first-degree rape after admitting to raping a young girl in New York City. Inga-Landi, who entered the U.S. in 2021 and had an outstanding deportation order, was apprehended by authorities with the help of Good Samaritans after several days on the run. The assaults, which included kidnapping and robbery, occurred last week in Queens’ Kissena Park, involving a 13-year-old girl. In court, it was disclosed that Inga-Landi had documented the attack.
An illegal alien who entered the U.S. under the Biden administration and was never deported, despite an order from a federal immigration judge, admitted to raping a young girl in New York City last week, prosecutors said on Wednesday.
Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, 25, was arraigned on multiple charges this week after a group of Good Samaritans beat him up and held him until authorities were able to arrest him early on Tuesday. He had been on the run for several days after the attack on a 13-year-old girl in Kissena Park in Queens.
The New York Post reported that the Ecuadorian migrant was charged with predatory sexual assault, first-degree rape, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of first-degree robbery, second-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, obstructing governmental administration, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Prosecutors said in court that Inga-Landi, who illegally entered the U.S. in 2021, stated during a videotaped confession: “I was nervous at first, then got comfortable and recorded it.” Assistant District Attorney Kasey Esposito reportedly read the transcript of the videotaped statement.
Inga-Landi told law enforcement that he came across two teenagers who were having “sexual relations,” and he threatened them with a knife.
The illegal alien tied them together, stuffed a bandana in the girl’s mouth and cut off her shorts and underwear, and then raped her.
He then took their phones, ran away, and bought drugs, prosecutors said.

DNA from the crime scene matched a sample Inga-Landi gave to immigration authorities three years ago, the report said.
Authorities were still investigating his claim that he recorded the rape, which could result in numerous additional charges being filed.
The New York Post separately reported that a federal immigration judge ordered him to be deported in February 2022, according to sources at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The report said that Inga-Landi illegally crossed into the U.S. at Eagle Pass, Texas, in June 2021 as part of the unprecedented wave of illegal aliens pouring into the country under President Joe Biden.
Inga-Landi entered the U.S. with his son, the report said, adding that they were “deemed ‘inadmissible’ by border agents because they lacked proper documentation to be in the U.S., but were released with the notice to appear in immigration court for ‘humanitarian’ reasons.”
