IRS to record more transactions as a result of ‘American Rescue Plan’

Due to tax changes contained in Joe Biden’s American Rescue Plan, payment apps like Venmo and Zelle will be required, beginning January 1, to notify the IRS about business transactions totaling $600 or more. One America’s John Hines has more.
