J6 Pardons Prove FBI, DOJ Have Nothing To Show For 4 Years
The article critiques the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) for their actions following the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot.It argues that these agencies have misallocated resources in pursuit of political dissenters and have engaged in what the author describes as a “witch hunt” against individuals connected to the events of January 6. The piece suggests that these federal bodies have manipulated data to inflate concerns about “domestic terrorism,” particularly focusing on Trump supporters, while neglecting other pressing investigations, such as those involving child sexual abuse and Hunter Biden’s alleged misdeeds.
It points out that, despite the extensive resources devoted to these investigations, critical questions about the Capitol events remain unanswered, including details about pipe bombs planted at political party headquarters and the involvement of FBI informants. the article portrays the FBI and DOJ as inefficient and partisan, arguing they have prioritized political agendas over effective law enforcement.
Over the last four years, Americans watched as the FBI and the Department of Justice worked overtime to imprison the citizens who bankroll them for daring to dissent from the Biden regime’s narratives. On his first day in office, with one stroke of a pen, President Donald Trump not only reversed that lawfare, but effectively solidified the premier federal law enforcement agencies’ places as some of the most corrupt, inefficient, and incompetent arms of the federal government.
For both the DOJ and the FBI, the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot witch hunt was everything. Both devoted an unprecedented amount of resources to tracking down anyone and everyone with a connection to Jan. 6 events, from grandmas who were let into the Capitol by police to those who merely attended Trump’s Save America rally miles away from the chaos.
The FBI and DOJ manipulated data and narratives to exaggerate the prominence of “domestic terrorism,” portraying it as the greatest terrorism threat to the country. The department and the agency used this manufactured campaign not only to go after Trump supporters, but also to pursue Trump himself.
The FBI, spurred by the DOJ’s promise to prosecute so-called “threats to democracy,” was so committed to its J6 inquisition that it reassigned agents tasked with tackling child sexual abuse cases to capturing people who entered the Capitol. Similarly, the DOJ shirked its duty to investigate Hunter Biden — whose tax, gun, and apparent Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) misconduct were only the tip of the Biden family corruption iceberg — in favor of harassing Catholics, concerned parents, pro-lifers, and J6ers.
Even after devoting excessive time, resources, and agents to the partisan persecution of the Biden regime’s political enemies, the FBI still can’t answer key questions about what went down on Jan. 6, 2021.
Who planted the pipe bombs at the Republican National Committee and the Democratic National Committee headquarters remains a mystery. Exactly how many FBI informants were involved in the Capitol chaos was also a guessing game until the recent release of an inspector general report, which circumvented the agency’s refusal to disclose that fact.
Both Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray were too busy playing victim in the pages of The Washington Post and in front of the same Congress they did everything to stonewall to do accomplish anything positive. Instead, they squandered an unconscionable amount of taxpayer dollars to throw their opponents in prison.
Trump’s swift decision to pardon the more than 1500 Americans who found themselves the target of a Democrat operation to portray them as the villains in the “darkest day in U.S. history” wasn’t just a victory against the deep state. It was also a testament to the DOJ’s and FBI’s all-around worthlessness and ability to waste time on investigations that did nothing to make the country better or safer.
