Joe Rogan: Ex-CNN Star Brian Stelter Is “Basically a Prostitute”
Podcaster Joe Rogan hasn’t forgotten Brian Stelter’s reign of error at CNN.
Stelter, former host of the far-Left channel’s “Reliable Sources” program, Last year, I was fired Chris Licht, the new CEO of CNN, allegedly promised to restore balance to the news network.
Conservatives often slam Stelter because of his biased and cartoonish approach to news. The analyst focused much of his ire against Fox News, for example, while all but ignoring the Left’s ideological network, MSNBC.
The Free Press’s Bari Weiss ridiculed Stelter and his inability call out the media to his face During a 2021 visit “Reliable Sources.”
“When you have the chief reporter on the beat of COVID for The New York Times talking about how questioning or pursuing the question of the lab leak is racist, the world has gone mad. When you’re not able to say out loud and in public that there are differences between men and women, the world has gone mad. When we’re not allowed to acknowledge that rioting is rioting and it is bad and that silence is not violence, but violence is violence, the world has gone mad. When we’re not able to say that Hunter Biden’s laptop is a story worth pursuing, the world has gone mad. When, in the name of progress, young school children as young as kindergarten, are being separated in public schools because of their race and that is called progress rather than segregation, the world has gone mad. There are dozens of examples that I could share with you,”
Stelter defended the media’s status quo, but that wasn’t enough to save his job.
Now, he’s landed a gig at Harvard University as the school’s Walter Shorenstein Media and Democracy Fellow. He also snagged a high-profile moderating gig at last month’s World Economic Forum.
What is the subject? Modern-day misinformation: How to combat itStelter understands this subject well. Except he’s incapable of calling out his sins, or those committed by his former employer or a media landscape that buried the biggest news story of the 2020 presidential election.

Stelter, however, teamed up with WEF officials to demand more censorship and not less. And that’s why Rogan journalist Matt Taibbi let him have it.

Stelter was the victim of their latest episode. “Joe Rogan Experience,” Spotify only.
“[Stelter] looked very comfortable there, didn’t he?” Taibbi, a left-leaning journalist, was shocked at the widespread corruption of mainstream media.
“Of course he does. He’s with evil lizard people that are trying to control the world. That’s his bosses… I’ve been around the evil lizard people,” Rogan said.
“He looked as happy as maybe he’s ever been,” Taibbi stated.
“He’s supposed to be a journalist, but he’s not even good at that. So what he’s doing now is, he’s holding water for the evil leaders of the world who want to institute hate speech policies nationwide and centralized digital currencies, and they want everybody to eat bugs, and you will own nothing, and you will be happy,” Rogan said. “This is the f***ing people he’s working for now. He’s basically a prostitute.”
Taibbi seemed amazed at how easily Stelter accepted the panel’s assessment that censorship is the answer moving forward. He was reminded of a WEF speaker. “hate speech laws,” She hopes to spread this trend across western culture.
“She touches the knee of somebody sitting next to her, and she says, ‘You’re gonna have that in America soon.’ And Brian Stelter is sitting there, grinning. That’s not offensive to him?” Taibbi asked. “Even though it’s completely antithetical to everything we believe in in this country.”
Rogan described why the corporate press is so beholden to approved narratives in the modern age, but he couldn’t let Stelter off the hook.
“He’s not suitable for that role [at the WEF conference]. He doesn’t belong there … you want someone in that position who says, ‘hold on. What do you think is hate speech? What’s hate speech to you, and what’s hate speech to me, and who gets to decide?’” Rogan said.
