Josh Hammer: Is the Deep State Coming After Joe Biden?

Officially, Joe Biden has started off with a poor start to his second half of his presidential term.

CBS News reported earlier in the week that Biden was storing classified documents at the Chinese-funded Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. “think tank.” CBS reported that Biden’s personal counsel identified the documents on Nov. 2, six days before the midterm elections. Richard Sauber (Biden’s special counsel) claimed that the White House counsel quickly notified National Archives and the documents were seized posthumously.

For a president who publicly criticized Trump last August after his unprecedented predawn FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago’s Palm Beach estate, Trump’s classified document retention scandal, that would be enough, this would be a terrible thing. Biden asked CBS’ openly about the incident. “60 Minutes” News programs were produced weeks after the FBI raid “how anyone could be that irresponsible.”

It would have been enough to see the blatant hypocrisy of the Penn Biden Center incident. Joe Biden’s week was made worse by the Penn Biden Center incident.

There are many important differences, despite obvious similarities, such as Biden’s hypocrisy resulting from his earlier attempt at claiming moral high ground. These differences don’t reflect well on the current White House incumbent.

The most significant difference between the two men in this story is the constitutional distinction. During the time he was absconding with classified documents, Donald Trump was President of the United States. Joe Biden was Vice President of the United States.

Although it may not seem important, this distinction is crucial from a constitutional standpoint. Legally, we’ll see where Robert Hur takes his investigation. The Biden administration’s incredible hypocrisy in this matter will undoubtedly be exposed.

The most pressing question, however, is “Why?” Why did CBS News leak the information? now, Biden attorneys discovered the first tranches of classified documents in the bowels at a Penn Biden Center office two months ago. What is the reason for this slow, drip-drip, dramatic reporting of different tranches of classified documents throughout this entire week?

It is not surprising that both the federal law enforcement apparatus as well as the corporate media ignored Biden’s scandalous behavior just before the midterm elections. It is the “Democrat-Media Complex,” Andrew Breitbart used the phrase, “Complimentary” as a way to describe it.

Gavin Newsom (D-CA). While I do not like to speculate, it is difficult for me to come up with a solid explanation. now, All this and more is coming soon.
