The Department of Justice Indicts Former Israeli Army Officer in Biden Family Bribery Case

The Department of Justice has made a significant announcement, revealing an eight-count indictment against Gal Luft, a former Israeli army officer and a highly sought-after witness for the House Oversight Committee. Luft recently came forward with explosive allegations, claiming to possess evidence of the Biden family’s involvement in bribery and payments linked to Chinese military intelligence.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York issued a statement stating that Luft “willfully” failed to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. In addition to this charge, Luft faces accusations of arms trafficking, Iranian sanctions violations, and making false statements to federal agents.

Luft Denies All Accusations

In a captivating 14-minute video filmed at an undisclosed location, Luft vehemently denied all claims made against him. He stated, “I volunteered to inform the U.S. government about a potential security breach and compromising information regarding a man aspiring to be the next president, who is now being pursued by the very same people I informed.” Luft emphasized that he is neither a Republican nor a Democrat, with no political motives or agenda. He acted out of deep concern that if the Bidens were to assume power, the country would face a similar traumatic scandal to the Russia collusion case, but this time involving China. Luft expressed disappointment in the Department of Justice’s alleged cover-up, claiming that his warnings had unfortunately come true.

The Israeli professor revealed that he was arrested in Cypress to prevent him from testifying before congressional committees regarding the bribery allegations against the Biden family. He questioned, “I warned the government about potential risks to the integrity of the 2020 elections. So, ask yourself, who is the real criminal in this story?” Luft referred to himself as the “patient zero of the Biden family investigation.”

Luft demanded the release of the minutes from the March 2019 Brussels meeting, during which he disclosed crucial information about the Biden family to a delegation of six federal officials. In his video, he alleged that one of the agents present at the meeting was FBI agent Joshua Wilson, who later signed the subpoena for and seized Hunter Biden’s laptop. Luft criticized the authorities for not thoroughly investigating the matter despite having ample time.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) had intended to interview Luft as a “potential witness” in the Biden family inquiry, but the key witness mysteriously vanished “without a trace.”

“He told multiple lies about his crimes to law enforcement,” stated the Department of Justice in a Monday press release. “LUFT conspired with others in an effort to act within the United States to advance the interests of the People’s Republic of China as agents of China-based principals.”

The Department of Justice maintains that Luft “conspired with others and attempted to broker illicit arms transactions with certain Chinese individuals and entities.”

Luft expressed concern that he may have to live on the run for the rest of his life.
