Kim Kardashian’s 6-Year-Old Son Gets Pop-Up Ad About ‘Unreleased Footage’ From Her 2002 Sex Tape In New Hulu Series
In the premiere of the new Hulu series “The Kardashians,” Kim Kardashian’s six-year-old son, Saint West, reportedly sees a pop-up ad while playing on his tablet that touted “unreleased footage” from her 2002 sex tape with her ex, Ray J.
“The last thing I want as a mother is for my past to be brought up 20 years later,” the 41-year-old reality star shared during the premiere episode after her and Kanye West’s son sees the ad, reported the Daily Mail.
“It’s real embarrassing s***,” she added. “I need to deal with it, and will deal with it. I don’t want it to be copied. I have four kids. I can’t go through this again.”
“This was like 20 years ago,” Kardashian continued. “I’m not going to go through this again. I know the right attorneys this time. I know exactly what to do this time… I have all the time, all the money, and all of the resources to burn them all to the ground.”
The premiere was shot in fall 2021 and the ad refers to claims that year from Ray J’s former manager, Wack 100, who said the purported footage was “more graphic” than what was previously released, reported TooFab.com.
In the first episode of the Hulu series, Kardashian reportedly makes a call to her attorney Marty Singer about the “super inappropriate” ad that showed up while her kid was playing on the internet. She assured him she was “99% sure” that there was no other footage out there from the old sex tape.
“Marty, I am 99.9% sure that no other tape exists,” the reality star exclaimed. “For 20 years this has been held over my head, this mistake. Is it a mistake? It was my boyfriend, of years. We go on a trip, we film a video. It’s embarrassing for it to be out there. But it’s not the most scandalous thing and I’m not going to be made to feel that way. I’m just human.”
“What if I was f***ing sleeping and he stuck a dildo up my a**?” she added, reported the outlet. “I don’t know! I’ll sue for nominal damages. The message is more important than the dollars at this point.”
Kim reportedly calls her then-husband Kanye West to tell him what’s happened and breaks down, the outlet noted.
“I almost died when Saint thought it was funny,” she told the 44-year-old rapper, before she explained how she would’ve “died inside” if their son was “a little bit older and old enough to read.”
In January, West talked about obtaining a laptop with the alleged footage during an interview with Hollywood Unlocked.
“I went and got the laptop from Ray J myself that night,” the rapper shared. “I met this man at the airport, then got on a red-eye [flight], came back [and] delivered it to her at 8 a.m. in the morning.”
“She cried when she saw it,” he added of his wife. “You know why she cried when she seen it on the laptop? Because it represents how much she’s been used. It represents how much people didn’t love her and they just saw her as a commodity.”
Ray J also tweeted at the time, “This needs to stop. I also have kids.” The singer has two kids with his estranged wife Princess Love.
A representative for the reality star at the time told People magazine, “After review, there was nothing sexual unseen, only footage on the plane on the way to Mexico and footage at a club and restaurant on the same trip.”
“Kim remains firm in her belief that there is no new second tape that exists,” the rep added. “After 20 years, she truly wishes to move on from this chapter with focus instead on the positive things she continues to do as a mother, entrepreneur and advocate for justice reform.”
Kim filed for divorce from West in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage. The two share four kids together.
“The Kardashians” premieres Thursday on Hulu.
