Larry Hogan bows out of 2024 race, says he ‘would never run for president to sell books’

FMaryland Governor Larry Hogan (R) Bowed out of the 2024 Republican presidential race, showing that he doesn’t have any plans to “put my family through another grueling campaign just for the experience.”

Hogan was a popular Governor until his last term. He had publicly lashed out at former President George W. Bush for longing to run in 2024. Donald Trump.

“I didn’t want to have a pileup of a bunch of people fighting,” Hogan told CBS News.

“I have no desire to put my family through another grueling campaign just for the experience,” Hogan stated this in a statement. “I would never run for president to sell books or position myself for a Cabinet role. I have long said that I care more about ensuring a future for the Republican Party than securing my own future in the Republican Party.”
