When applying, make sure to provide the names, birth dates, and proof of income for all household members, along with a recent water bill.
The income limits vary based on household size. For example, the maximum annual income for a household of one is $20,385, while a household of four must not exceed $41,625. If you have a larger household, the program adds $7,080 for each additional person, with a maximum annual income of $84,105 for households of ten.
