A massive six-figure donation was reportedly made to ⁢a joint fundraising committee authorized by⁤ the Biden campaign by a tech tycoon ‍who ‌was revealed⁢ to have ⁤visited ⁤convicted ⁢pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s private island back in 2014.

According ‌to Federal Election‌ Commission (FEC) records, ‍LinkedIn co-founder⁤ Reid Hoffman gave‌ $699,600.00 to the ‌Biden Victory Fund, the campaign’s joint fundraising vehicle, on ‌April 26th.

⁢ ⁤

The payment occurred exactly‍ one‍ week ‍before ‌the Wall Street ‍Journal (WSJ)⁤ outlet ⁢revealed ⁤that Hoffman paid at least one visit to Epstein’s private Caribbean‌ island, Little St. ‍James, which is part of the U.S. Virgin ⁤Islands.

⁤ ⁤⁢

According to the report,⁤ Hoffman and⁣ Epstein‌ intended to return ‌to the island in November 2014 before traveling⁢ to Boston. ⁣The⁤ purpose of the ⁣scheduled travel⁢ is unknown, but ‍the investigation also indicated ‌that Hoffman was intended to stay at ‍Epstein’s ‌Manhattan home in December 2014 after arriving late in New York City.

Hoffman also made⁤ the news last month after⁤ Biden⁤ attended a⁤ fundraiser that he organized‍ on behalf of the super PAC ⁣at Shannon Hunt-Scott and Kevin Scott’s ‍private residence in‌ Los‍ Gatos, California.

In⁤ May, ‍Hoffman ‍told⁢ the ‌WSJ ⁣that his affiliation⁢ with Epstein “helped his reputation and thus delayed ‌justice for his⁤ survivors.”

⁣ ⁣

“My last interaction with Epstein ⁤was in‌ 2015. Still, by agreeing to participate in any fundraising activity where Epstein was present, I‌ helped to‌ repair his ‌reputation ⁣and perpetuate injustice,” Hoffman said ⁢in‌ 2019. ⁣“For this, I am deeply‍ regretful.”

Many contended that⁣ Hoffman’s apology came much too late, when he had already been caught⁣ and needed to give a statement in ⁣order to avoid more negative press.

In⁢ 2015, he invited Epstein⁤ to a ⁢Silicon Valley dinner alongside a ‍wide range of leaders from ‌within the tech industry.

In September of that year, ⁣Hoffman attended ‍a state⁢ dinner at the ‌White House ⁤thrown ⁣by⁣ then-Vice President Biden ‌in⁢ honor‍ of ⁢Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Hoffman’s money also‌ supports groups that are ‍not required ‌by law to record their fundraising and‍ typically operate in‌ the shadows, according to a report‌ by Fox News.

In 2018, Hoffman fell for the left-wing Russian ⁣collusion ‌conspiracy theory, and ⁣he was‍ obliged ⁣to deliver an apology for backing an organization that falsely claimed that the ⁤Russian government⁣ was ⁤supporting Alabama Republican Roy ‍Moore in a 2017 special ⁤Senate selection.

According to FEC records, Biden profited from Hoffman’s extravagant campaign contribution ⁤spending, providing $1.5⁢ million to a ⁢super‍ PAC‍ that backed the former ‌president’s candidacy in the 2020 race, as⁤ well as ⁤donating the highest individual ⁤dollar ‍amount permitted to Biden’s campaign.

 ⁤

Massive spending such as Hoffman’s ⁤can reportedly‍ come with ‍certain benefits, ‌such as internal access to the ‍White House and its events. Hoffman visited ‍the White House five‌ times last year, according ‌to ‍official visitor logs. ‍One⁤ of the visits appears to have ‌been to ‌attend a state banquet hosted ‍by⁢ French President Emmanuel Macron.
