Tragic Collision Claims Lives in West‍ Rancho ⁤Dominguez

In a devastating incident that occurred in the early hours of September 5, a man and a woman lost their‍ lives ​when⁤ their vehicle⁢ collided with a Los Angeles County fire truck in West Rancho Dominguez.

The crash took place‍ at the intersection of South‍ Avalon Boulevard ⁢and East Compton Boulevard, according⁢ to California Highway Patrol Officer Sean Lough. The collision was reported ⁢at 12:32⁢ a.m., leaving the community in shock.

The victims, both aged between 25 and 30, were tragically pronounced ⁣dead at the scene. Their identities have not yet been released.

As‌ a result of the crash, the California Highway Patrol⁢ issued a traffic advisory at approximately 5:15 a.m., announcing the ⁢closure of the Avalon and Compton boulevards intersection for an estimated four hours.
