The incident occurred when Ferrell, who worked alongside the victims at NHK Seating of America in Frankfort, opened fire on⁣ them outside the ‌business. The women, who had driven to work together, were about ‌to start their shift when the ‌horrifying attack took ⁢place. Ferrell was⁤ apprehended after crashing his car in a construction zone shortly after the‌ killings.

Clinton Superior Court Judge Justin H. ⁣Hunter, in ‌his sentencing order, ‍emphasized the ⁣premeditated nature of the murders.
