A Japanese‌ man named Toco recently made headlines when he‍ stepped out in public wearing a custom-made collie dog costume. Toco, who identifies as a dog,⁤ fulfilled ‍his childhood‌ dream of “becoming an animal” with this hyper-realistic disguise.

Toco,‌ who has ⁣a popular YouTube channel called “I⁣ want ‌to be an animal” with over 42,000 subscribers, shared a video of his first‍ walk in his new dog costume. The video shows him playing on a lawn, rolling around on ‌the street, and even interacting with⁢ other dogs, all while dressed as a collie.

In the video, ‌Toco explains that he had always wanted‌ to be a dog since he was a child. ‍He recalls writing in his grade school graduation book⁤ about his ⁤desire to be a dog and​ walk outside. The⁢ video of his outing as a human “collie” has‌ already garnered six million views.

The collie costume, which took⁢ 40 days to‌ make, was created by the company Zeppet. ⁤It cost‌ Toco⁤ approximately $14,161⁤ or 2 ⁣million yen. Zeppet has published detailed pictures of the costume on their website, showcasing its realistic⁣ appearance.

Onlookers were captivated by Toco’s dog suit as he made his first public appearance. People stopped to​ take pictures ​with him and their dogs, and some even stroked him as if he were a real dog.

Toco revealed that the video was filmed last year during an interview with a German television station.⁣ He expressed his joy at fulfilling his childhood dream of​ becoming ⁣an animal and emphasized his ‍long-standing desire to be an⁢ animal.

In a previous video, Toco answered questions⁤ about his desire to‌ be⁢ a collie. ⁤He explained that he chose the collie breed because it is his favorite‍ and because ⁣collies are similar in size to ​humans. Toco also admitted that ⁤he⁣ usually⁢ keeps his desire to be an animal‍ a secret from others due to the ⁢fear of being judged.
