Marilyn Manson Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 16-Year-Old Minor On Tour Bus, Threatened To Kill Family: Lawsuit
An anonymous woman filed a suit against Marilyn Manson after she allegedly sexually assaulted and abused her multiple times as a minor in 1990s.
Plaintiff “Jane Doe” Manson’s real name, Brain Warner, filed the suit in Nassau County Supreme Court, Long Island, New York on Monday. He was also sued by his former record labels Interscope Records and Nothing Records. Rolling Stone reported.
Among the other charges against Warner are sexual battery, intentional infliction and emotional distress.
“While on the tour bus, Defendant Warner performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct upon Plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including but not limited to forced copulation and vaginal penetration,” These are the claims in the lawsuit.

Representatives of Manson and the record label did not respond immediately to inquiries for comment.
