Marvel Had Evangeline Lilly’s Back Over Vaccine Critiques
We were told for nearly three years to accept a dominant narrative about the pandemic.

These stars were not afraid to take risks. Jimmy Kimmel Howard Stern Unvaccinated persons should not be admitted to hospitals. Stephen Colbert & Pink denounce lockdown protestersBusinesses on the verge of bankruptcy and lifelong dreams being shattered are not our concern.
Let’s not forget:
It’s also why actress Evangeline Lilly could have seen her career go down for suggesting another thing.
The “Lost” At a public rally last year, the alum voiced her opposition to vaccine mandates. She also used social media to share her concerns.
“This is not safe. This is not healthy. This is not love. I understand the world is in fear, but I don’t believe that answering fear with force will fix our problems. I was pro choice before COVID and I am still pro choice today.”
Every day, her views look better.
The pandemic spread unabated by masks. The vaccines aren’t Nearly as effective as what we were toldWe’re still learning. More More Learn more about the possible side effects of the virus in populations that are most resistant.
All of this is irrelevant.
Lilly lied to the public about her story, putting her career at risk. It was. This wouldn’t have been the first time. An actress was fired from a highly sought-after role because she said so.
It’s a good thing that the Marvel Cinematic Universe overlords were more sympathetic than Hollywood dwellers.
