A manhunt has ended in West Virginia as police arrested a triple homicide suspect. Howard County Police said they took 46-year-old Jeffrey Burnham into custody without incident on Friday morning.

According to officers, Burnham allegedly killed an 83-year-old woman in Maryland on Wednesday and stole her vehicle. Police were able to track the stolen Lincoln to where the suspects brother lived. Upon arrival, authorities found Burnham’s brother and sister-in-law dead inside.

Authorities believe Burnham then stole his family member’s Corvette. After police issued an alert for the stolen vehicle, Burnham was located in Davis, West Virginia. A gun was reportedly found inside the car.

As detectives continue to look into a possible motive, investigators said all three victims were targeted.
