Mike Turner bashes DOJ for being ‘disingenuous’ on Trump, Biden, and Pence files
House Intelligence CommitteeChairman Mike Turner (R-OH) panned the Justice Department for being “disingenuous” on the presidential document scandal.
Turner, one of eight lawmakers approved for the highest level of parliamentary defined briefings, charged that the DOJ had kept quiet about the private information that had been gleaned from former presidents Donald Trump, Joe Biden, and Mike Pence.

Turner responded,” No,” when asked if he was happy with the DOJ’s’s comment on CBS’ Face the Nation. The Department of Justice has been somewhat dishonest and has not been forthcoming in this. And without a doubt, this issue will need to be addressed by both the House and the Senate.
Turner is a member of the so-called” Gang of Eight ,” which includes the bottom four rulers in both chambers as well as the president and vice president of both the House and Senate Intelligence Committees. They have the highest level of parliamentary authorization for secret content.
The DOJ reportedly agreed to give the group exposure to the collection of regarded materials found in Trump, Biden, and Pence last week, according to reports. Users have been lobbying the ministry for months, and some have even threatened to use lawsuit authority.

Turner also refuted rumors that Trump might have had access to nuclear codes, saying he had only seen the power and not all of the documents.
There are no nuclear code in the ratings we’ve’ve had so far, according to stocks that do include the information. Nobody possessed something that posed a serious, immediate threat to the United States, he continued.
