Mom wins $100k after school secretly transitions daughter.

A Mother’s Fight for Her⁢ Daughter’s Rights

In ⁤a groundbreaking case, a mother from California has been awarded a $100,000 judgment against the Spreckels Union‌ School District. The district secretly socially transitioned the woman’s 11-year-old daughter, Alicia, without‌ her knowledge or consent.

Jessica Konen, Alicia’s mother, was shocked to discover that her daughter was being referred to with male⁤ pronouns⁤ by teachers at Buena Vista Middle‍ School. Not only that, ⁣but Alicia was also allowed to use the boys’ bathroom. Konen had no idea any of this was⁤ happening.

After the ruling, Konen spoke out, urging parents to be bold and fight for their‌ children’s rights. In a video posted by the nonprofit Center for American Liberty, she said, “We let our voices be known, and we are so glad we‍ did.”

Konen’s lawsuit⁣ revealed that ‍Alicia had joined her school’s “Equality Club” in sixth grade, where she learned about LGBT concepts, transgenderism, and⁢ bisexuality. The school‌ then actively facilitated Alicia’s social gender transition, even providing⁤ her with articles on how to conceal‍ her new⁤ gender identity from her mother.

When Konen eventually discovered what ‌was happening, the school tried to further conceal the transition ⁣by referring to Alicia by her given name and female pronouns in front of her mother. However, when Konen was not present, Alicia⁣ was still referred to⁢ with male pronouns and ‍a male name.

California has become a battleground for parental rights and gender issues. Governor Gavin Newsom targeted school board members from the Temecula Valley Unified School District who voted against controversial curriculum,⁢ accusing them of whitewashing history and perpetuating prejudice. The governor even launched a civil rights investigation into ⁢the board’s rejection of the‌ curriculum and threatened the ⁤district with a hefty ⁣bill‍ and fine.

In another disturbing incident, Janet⁣ Roberson, a mother of ‌three, was fired from her job after speaking out at a California school board meeting against LGBT curriculum. These cases highlight the ongoing struggle for parental rights and the importance of standing up for what is right.
