Sixth Police Officer Disciplined in Tyre Nicks Beating
Memphis Police reports that a 6th officer was disciplined for his role in Tyre Nicks’s brutal beating and arrest. The department revealed that officer Preston Hemphill was relieved of duty shortly after the Jan. 7 arrest of Nichols, but Hemphill’s role in Nichols’s arrest was not disclosed.
Pro-Life Father Acquitted
Mark Houck, the prolifer Police arrest father of seven Biden administration in September. He was charged with two counts of violating FACE. According to reports, the escort had harassed his son. The DOJ’s prosecution came after local authorities opted not to charge the Catholic activist. He was sentenced to up to 11 year imprisonment.
Minnesota Votes to Incorporate Abortion in State Law
Minnesota’s Voted in by Democrat-majority Senate to enshrine abortion rights into state law, without restricting the time of pregnancy. By just one vote, Senators approved the bill 34-33. It is expected that Tim Walz, the Democratic Governor of Massachusetts, will sign the measure into law.

Utah has banned minors from sex-changing surgeries over the weekend following the GOP-led House A bill to ban gender-altering therapies and other forms of therapy that cause hormones to be altered for children under 18 years old was fast tracked.
