Her advocacy was sparked by a report from the group StopAntisemitism, which claimed her social media posts about children in Gaza could be seen as “anti-Israel propaganda” and called for a Justice Department investigation into her funding sources. following a period of silence, Accurso took to Instagram to express her belief that “all children have human rights” and to advocate for vulnerable children everywhere. Despite the backlash from StopAntisemitism, no other major organizations like the Anti-Defamation League have publicly commented on the situation. Accurso has been accused of promoting Hamas propaganda by sharing statistics and images related to the conflict, leading to calls for her to be investigated under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Children’s show host Ms. Rachel has continued to advocate human rights for all children after the organization StopAntisemitism reported her to the Justice Department.
The YouTuber, whose legal name is Rachel Accurso, had spent a week in social media obscurity and hadn’t commented on StopAntisemitism’s call to the DOJ to investigate whether she was “being funded by a foreign party” for her posts about children in Gaza.
StopAntisemitism claimed that sharing statistics on the war in Gaza, as Ms. Rachel has done on her social media accounts, could be classified as “anti-Israel propaganda.” This comes as universities have complied with President Donald Trump’s executive order on measures to combat antisemitism.
On Thursday, Accurso broke her silence by posting a poem to Instagram.
“Children have human rights. These rights are not just for some children, they are for all children,” the poem reads. “Standing up for children, especially those who are most vulnerable is the right thing to do.”
“All children have the right to food, water, medical care and education. All children should be protected from violence,” Accurso captioned the post.
Stop Antisemitism claimed that Accurso “transformed into an amplifier of Hamas propaganda, broadcasting to 20M+ followers across her platforms” since the terrorist organization invaded southern Israel. It accused Accurso of violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act with her posts, saying claims of death tolls are “false stats” and that photographs have captured “fake deaths.”

The advocacy group encouraged others to file a FARA complaint by sharing a link that automatically generates an email to Attorney General Pam Bondi.
StopAntisemitism appears to be alone in its targeted attacks against Accurso, as neither the Anti-Defamation League nor the American Jewish Committee has commented publicly on the YouTuber’s public comments and social media posts.
