Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) added to her recent feud with Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) by defending against an insult about her “built and strong” body during a heated House committee hearing last week.

“Yes my body is built and strong NOT with nips, tucks, plastic, or silicone, but through a healthy lifestyle,” the former CrossFit gym owner posted on X on Monday.

Yes my body is built and strong 💪 NOT with nips, tucks, plastic, or silicone, but through a healthy lifestyle. Greene shared a video of herself lifting weights to the song “Unstoppable” by Sia.

“Soon turning 50 years old, God willing, I will continue to lift, run, swim, play sports, surf, ski, climb and LIVE this life to the fullest and enjoy every single moment!” she added in her post.

The 49-year-old congresswoman’s response on social media came after an explosive exchange on Thursday night when she and Crockett traded insults during a House Oversight Committee hearing on holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for refusing to release audio recordings of President Joe Biden talking to special counsel Robert Hur.

“I don’t think you know what you’re here for. I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you’re reading,” Greene said to Crockett during the hearing.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) clapped back at Greene in defense of Crockett, saying, “That is absolutely unacceptable.”

Later in the hearing, Crockett asked Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) a question aimed at attacking Greene, “If someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody’s bleach blond, bad-built butch body, that would not be engaging in personalities, correct?”

The Texas Democrat was also not done with the showdown when she appeared on CNN on Sunday with more comments about Greene.

TAPPER: “Do you think her going after your eyelashes, that that, in itself, is racist?

CROCKETT: “I think her specifically doing it to me, yes, that was the intent.” pic.twitter.com/MDNWCWMaYQ

“I absolutely think she only did it to be racist towards me,” Crockett said in the interview.

“Women wear makeup, we wear lashes, we wear all types of things to beautify ourselves,” she said to host Jake Tapper. “But MAGA has historically been on social media doing the things where they’re saying, ‘Oh she’s black with lashes and nails and hair, and so she’s ghetto.’ And so, to me, this was [Greene] buying into that rhetoric and trying to amplify this for the MAGA crowd.”
