Multiple People Struck and Dragged as Man in U-Haul Goes on NYC Rampage

The suspect “was just apprehended in Sunset Park,” Councilman Justin Brannan tweeted. “Several people were hit and badly injured. We have no idea of motives at this time, but this wasn’t an accident.”
NYPD bomb squad is on the scene to examine the truck for potential explosives.

The Associated Press reported that the truck driver fled the scene after he mounted a Brooklyn sidewalk and injured several people.
