‘Naked Education’ Show Features Adults Posing Nude For Minors, Sparks Fury In U.K.

A U.K. television program has drawn online criticism for featuring adults posing nude in front of minors. The show, Naked Education, purports to promote “body positivity” among teenagers by showcasing various adults fully unclothed. The show’s host, Anna Richardson, who also produced the dating show Naked Attraction, has described the new program as “educational, emotional, [and] joyous.” However, social media users have taken issue with featuring random adults naked in front of minors. Despite this, two of the show’s participants who identify as transgender say they were excited to pose nude for the teens to help break down misconceptions about gender-affirming surgery. The U.K. program is similar to a Dutch show called Gewoon Bloot, which also showcases naked adults, including transgender individuals, to underage kids.
