Nancy Mace says US must take up entitlement reform, ‘got to get serious about it’

Mace warned that Social Security is on the verge of insolvency and stated that 2024 was his prediction. Republican candidate Nikki Haley Individuals in their 20s can call for a change to the retirement age.

“I think that’s something that has to be on the table we have to look at,” CNN’s Mace said State of the Union, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash. “We do have to look at Social Security. We’ve got to look at our spending in this country — mandatory and discretionary if we’re going to take on fixing Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, you name it. We’ve got to get serious about it.”
