Newt Gingrich: The Aliens Among Us
The Chinese Communist Party is far more dangerous than the people of Alpha Centauri or beyond.
There has been much speculation lately that some of these spy balloons (or whatever they are) may have originated from another solar systems.
This is in addition to the numerous stories that have been published over the years about the sightings of unidentified flying objects by military and commercial pilots. These UFOs are said to behave in ways no other man-made vehicles can match. Some reports claim that they appear to be violating the laws of physics as we know them.
Since I was first shown, it is possible that I am uniquely qualified to discuss the possibility of aliens. “Men in Black” movie as an alien – along with Sylvester Stallone, Danny DeVito, and a number of other disguised aliens living on earth.
In popular imagination, the first great work of fiction about aliens invading the earth was Orson Welles’s spectacular radio program “The War of the Worlds.” People were shocked by the fanciful reports of an alien invasion when it was broadcast as a news program. Welles based his stunning radio program on H. G. Wells’s 1897 book of the same name.
The 1947 Roswell, New Mexico incident in 1947 sparked curiosity about alien activity and invasion after World War II.
2017 was the Smithsonian Magazine Donovan Webster published an excellent article that details the history of Roswell and its evolution. It was titled: “In 1947, A High-Altitude Balloon Crash Landed in Roswell. The Aliens Never Left”
Webster recalled that on July 8, 1947, Maj. Jesse Marcel, an intelligence officer in the U.S Air Force, told the Roswell Daily Records that “The intelligence office of the 509th Bombardment Group at Roswell Army Air Field announced at noon today, that the field has come into the possession of a Flying Saucer.”
Webster’s article continues: “‘Apparently, it was better from the Air Force’A perspective that there was a crash ‘alien’ spacecraft out there than to tell the truth,’ says Roger Launius, the recently-retired curator of space history at the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C.
“‘A flying saucer was easier to admit than Project Mogul,’ Launius adds, a chuckle in his voice. ‘And with that, we were off to the races.’”
Over the past 76 years, Americans and people all over the globe have believed that something is going on.
Of course, there are also popular media outlets. “Star Wars” To “Star Trek” Space travel has been a common fantasy for many of us. You can see some of these TV and film shows (think: “X-Files”) have involved alien threats to earth.
This has resulted in a flourishing UFO industry (or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena as the new bureaucracy prefers).
The American government is working to automate the alien business. In response to the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act, the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group was reorganized into the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office.
I am certain this bureaucratic reorganization and renaming makes every American feel more secure – Not!
There were more than 12,000 reports of unexplained aircraft objects from 1947 to 1969.
As Bill Chappell reported to NPR on January 13, 2023
“Within the new batch of sightings, the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence say, they’re focusing on some 171 cases — including some in which objects ‘appear to have demonstrated unusual flight characteristics or performance capabilities, and require further analysis.’”
We are supposed to feel reassured by the U.S. government’s replacement of UFO with UAP. I would love to hear from someone who could explain why UAP is clearer and more effective than UFO. Most normal Americans will continue to use UFO despite the bureaucracy’s best efforts.
Since my contract with the Men in Black’s Alien Placement Office blocks me from saying anything more about the aliens among us, I’ll leave you with this:
The Chinese Communist Party is far more dangerous than the people of Alpha Centauri or beyond.
