The proposed test would include simple questions like ”How many grandchildren do you have?” and “Name four words that start with the same letter.” Haley believes that these basic questions can provide insight into a politician’s mental sharpness.

She argues that politicians need to recognize when it’s time to relinquish power and allow fresh perspectives to shape the nation’s future. In fact, Haley recently referred to the Senate as ”the most privileged nursing home in the country,” further emphasizing the need for change.
