Nikki Haley criticizes Vivek Ramaswamy’s foreign policy stance.
Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley Takes on Pharmaceutical Executive Vivek Ramaswamy in Heated Debate
In a fiery exchange during the Republican Party’s primary debate on Wednesday night, Nikki Haley didn’t hold back in challenging pharmaceutical executive Vivek Ramaswamy over his foreign policy positions.
“You are choosing a murderer over a pro-American country… You would make America less safe,” Haley boldly declared, referring to Ramaswamy’s support for Vladimir Putin.
She continued to criticize his stance, saying, “You want to defund Israel, give Taiwan to China, and hand Ukraine over to Russia.”
Ramaswamy, visibly agitated, vehemently denied Haley’s accusations, dismissing them as “false lies.” He stood by his “America first” approach.
Ramaswamy has advocated for cutting funding to Israel in the future, suggested that the U.S. should no longer support Taiwan once it no longer needs their semiconductors, and called for Ukraine to make significant concessions to Russia.
“Under your watch, you would make America less safe. You have no foreign policy experience, and it shows,” Haley asserted, drawing loud cheers from the crowd.
