The latest episode comes from a back-and-forth between Times staff and editors regarding Our Grey Lady of the Peeling Paint’s coverage of … drum roll, please, as this is The Most Important Story of Our Time … transgender issues. As the New York Post stated on February 15,Th:
A letter open to all, signed by almost 200 supporters and contributors The Gray Lady was accused of inciting fear by treating “gender diversity with an eerily familiar mix of pseudoscience and euphemistic, charged language while publishing reporting on trans children that omits relevant information about its sources” These are the most recent years.

Amazingly, February 16th was the hottest day of the year!Th The Times Clapped back.
Colleagues,
Yesterday, The New York Times received an email from GLAAD (an advocacy group) criticizing the Times’ coverage of transgender topics.
It is not unusual for outside organizations to comment on our coverage or rally supporters to influence our journalism. In this instance, however, staff members and contributors to The Times were involved in the effort. They also targeted several of our colleagues in direct attacks, naming them all.
Participation in such a campaign violates our ethics policy. Our journalists are prohibited from joining advocacy groups or participating in protest actions regarding public policy. A clear policy also prohibits Times journalists from publicly attacking each other’s journalism or signaling support for such attacks.
It is vital that we cover transgender issues in depth, reporting them well, and writing sensitively. Despite being subject to harassment, threats and attacks for months, the journalists who wrote those stories have survived. The letter ignores The Times’ strong commitment that it covers all aspects of transgender issues. This includes the lives of transgender individuals and the violence and prejudice against them in society. A full list of our coverage can be viewed here, and any review shows that the allegations this group is making are demonstrably false.
These are hard issues that affect many people, even transgender colleagues. We are open to criticism and constructive discussion about our coverage. Even when we don’t agree, constructive criticism from colleagues who care, delivered respectfully and through the right channels, strengthens our report.
We do not welcome, and will not tolerate, participation by Times journalists in protests organized by advocacy groups or attacks on colleagues on social media and other public forums.
Journalists are often criticized for their solid, essential work. We live in an age when this is a common occurrence. We are determined to support them. Their work distinguishes this institution, and makes us proud.
Joe Kahn, New York Times executive editor, signed the letter.
It is necessary to understand what drove different Times staff to channel their inner selves. Felicia Sonmez.
The letter specifically calls out Emily Bazelon’s June 2022 NYT Magazine article “Gender Therapy: The Battle for Gender” is used to refer to a child’s private gender-affirming home. “patient zero” It also provides expert sources for quoting. “have since expressed regret over their work’s misrepresentation.”
The letter mentions Katie Baker’s feature piece, “The Best of Katie Baker,” that was published last month.Parents don’t know what to do when students change their gender identity“, which discusses the legal issues faced by schools when students alter their identity without their parents’ consent.
Presumably Pamela Paul, an opinion columnist, wrote “J.K. Or, perhaps, one of its ranks includes a highly skilled fortuneteller. The possibility exists that rainbow underwear warriors might have tied David French’s socks. Join the Times In January 2023, they proved that none of them had ever read anything Supersquish said.
Kahn’s letter is a sure shot shot at the staff. All of them can be replaced with another group of hardcore leftist writers, fresh from being laid off at any number failing organizations. “news” Publications, expressing their opinions publicly à la The aforementioned Ms. Sonmez. The idea that the NYT is anti-transgender is not new. It is normal to feel like the world revolves around your hypersensitive hypersensitivity when someone stares at your sacred cow with cross-eyed.
Nobody expects the New York Times to publish journalism. But, when you push the envelope, even if it knows it will go public, it must state matters via a method that it was certain would. “Cool it, kids,” This is a clear indicator of how lacking in self-awareness monotrack advocates are of their own tragically humorous shortcomings.
