Teenager Arrested for Assaulting Asian Woman on Subway
A shocking incident unfolded in Manhattan when a 16-year-old girl was arrested for allegedly assaulting an Asian woman and a bystander on a subway train. The entire incident was captured in a now-viral video, which has sparked outrage and concern.
The teenager, whose identity remains undisclosed due to her age, voluntarily turned herself in to the NYPD on August 8th. She now faces two counts of assault for her actions.
